Elsie Mattingly

Elsie Mattingly of Stinnett, KY. passed away Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at her residence at the age of 59. Elsie was born January 22, 1959 in Hyden, KY., the daughter of Nancy Ruth Sizemore Mattingly & the late, Bernard Mattingly. Elsie had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. She had been employed as a secretary for a Security Co. She was affiliated  with the Church of God. Elsie enjoyed going to antique shops, flea markets & auctions. She loved traveling & going to the beach. But most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Elsie was preceded in death by her father. She leaves the following relatives surviving, beloved mother, Nancy Ruth Sizemore Mattingly, Hyden, KY., loving & devoted husband of 43 years, Gene Morgan, Stinnett, KY., brothers, Lincoln Wayne Mattingly, Hyden, KY., Wade Mattingly, Stinnett, KY. & Victor Mattingly, Stinnett, KY., sisters, Norma Lowe & husband, Jay, Hyden, KY, Sally Faye Jones & husband, Sherman, Somerset, KY. & Jackie Morgan Lowe, Hyden, KY. & special great nephew, Dawson Fields, Stinnett, KY.  Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive.

The funeral for Mrs. Elsie Mattingly has been changed to Monday -  December 10, 2018 @ 2:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY. due to the weather
