Wade Morgan

Wade Morgan born December 28, 1944 departed this life on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Medical Center, Hazard, Ky.  He was 73 years old.  Wade was born at Hyden, Ky., the son of the late Edward & Marie Morgan.  He was a retired carpenter & was affiliated with the Muncy Creek Baptist Church.  Wade enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.  Wade was a life -long resident of Leslie County.  Mr. Wade Morgan was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Paul Edward Morgan, Bernard Morgan, Morris Morgan, sister, JoAnn, & a step-grandson, Matthew David Melton.  Mr. Wade Morgan leaves the following relatives surviving; his loving and devoted wife, Norma Baker Morgan of Hyden, Ky., one son, Kenny Morgan and wife, Teresa of Lexington, Ky., step-sons, Ernie Melton and wife, Lisa of LaPorte, Indiana, Robbie Melton of Burbank, California, Darren Melton & wife, Melissa of Hyden, Ky., step-daughter, Sandy Melton of Burbank, California, sisters, Margaret Hacker & husband, Merle of Hyden, Ky., Gracie Napier & husband, William of Hyden, Ky, three grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, one step great grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.

 12 Noon Tuesday - November 27, 2018 - at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Chapel, Hyden, Ky.

TIME AND PLACE OF VISITATION:  11:00 a.m. - until the funeral hour at 12 Noon - Tuesday - November 27, 2018 at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Chapel.

PLACE OF INTERMENT: Morgan Family Cemetery, Muncy Creek, Hyden, Ky
