Jerry Davidson

Jerry Davidson of Yeaddiss, KY. passed away Sunday, September 30, 2018 at the Wells Hospice Center at Hazard, KY. at the age of 71. Jerry was born November 20, 1946 at Thousandsticks, KY., the son of the late, Roe & Edna Sizemore Davidson. He had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. By occupation he had been a coal miner & owner & operator of Davidson's Grocery for 24 years. He was a member of the Davidson Fork Church of God at Thousandsticks, KY. Jerry enjoyed carpentry & wood-working, playing music, antique collector & spending time with his family.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, beloved daughter, Tabatha Davidson, infant brother, John C. Davidson, sister, Crystal Davidson Osborne, father-in-law & mother-in-law, Lue & Masie Lewis & brother-in-law, Hobert Lewis. He leaves the following relatives surviving, loving & devoted wife, whom he married, October 7, 1969, Mildred Lewis Davidson of Yeaddiss, KY., 2 beloved sons, Gregory Davidson (Sandra) of Yeaddiss, KY. & Jeff Davidson (Sharla) of Yeaddiss, KY., 1 brother, Morrow Davidson (Dorothy) of Thousandsticks, KY., 3 sisters, Shirley Collins (Charles) of Thousandsticks, KY., Wanda Sizemore (Cecil) of Thousandsticks, KY., & Laura Collins, Thousandsticks, KY., brother-in-law, Will Osborne of Somerset, KY., 4 treasured grandchildren, Samantha Davidson, Shania Davidson, Kasey Davidson & Jeffery Devon Davidson & special friends, Willis & Donna Day of Yeaddiss, KY. Also a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives & friends survive.
