Tinsley was born in Hyden, KY., April 20, 1971 the son of the late, Charlie Brown & Carolyn Morgan. He had been a life-long resident of Leslie County. By occupation he had worked at Begley Lumber Co. He enjoyed four-wheeling, watching t.v. & spending time with his family.
Tinsley was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Kenton & sister, Barbara. He leaves the following relatives surviving, beloved daughters, Angela Paige Baker, Stinnett, KY. & Destiny Kaylee Morgan, Stinnett, KY., girlfriend, Amanda Baker Morgan, Stinnett, KY., sister, Carolyn Sue Partney, Colorado, nieces, Shantel Brock, Hyden, KY., Crystal Carpenter, Colorado & Elizabeth Stidham, Stinnett, KY. Also a host of other relatives & friends survive.
