Lannie Gibson, Jr.

Lannie Gibson, Jr. of Bear Branch, KY.  passed away on Monday, February 5, 2018 at his residence at the age of 67. Lannie was born at Hyden, KY. on August 28, 1950, the son of the late, Lannie Gibson, Sr. & Lunia Couch Gibson. Lannie had been a life-long resident of Leslie County. By occupation he was a former welder. He loved his dogs & cats & he enjoyed spending time with his family especially grandchildren.

Lannie was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, J.C., Harold & Arnold & sister, Lola. He leaves the following relatives surviving, beloved son, Lannie Gibson, III, Bear Branch, KY., mother of son, Margie Gibson, Bear Branch, KY., companion, Janice Smith, Bear Branch, KY., brothers, Alfred Gibson & Margaret, Clay Co.,KY.,  Jimmy Gibson & Linda, Hyden, KY. & Stanley Gibson & Imogene, Hazard, KY., sisters, Geneva Gilbert & Charles, Oneida, KY., Bessie Roberts & Randy, Stinnett, KY. & Effie Muncy & Levi, Bear Branch, KY., treasured grandchildren, Jordan Napier & Whitney Gibson, treasured great grandchildren, Peyton Jordan & Bryson Clay & special grandchild, J.J. & a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends survive.

Saturday, February 10, 2018 @ 1:00 p.m. at the Bob Fork Holiness Church, Bear Branch, KY.
