THE OBITUARY OF MRS. PATTY WOODS OSBORNE
Mrs. Patty Woods Osborne, departed this life on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Medical Center, Hazard, Ky. She was born on Nov. 5, 1947 at Hyden, KY the daughter of the late Hiram Woods and the late Mae Keen Woods. By occupation Patty was a homemaker and had been a life-long resident of Leslie County, KY. She enjoyed gardening, reading, cooking and overall taking good care of her family. But Patty was especially fond of spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Patty was preceded in death by, her parents & one brother, James Woods. Survivors include her loving and devoted husband, Mr. Hiram Osborne of Thousandsticks, KY, one grandson whom she raised as her own son: Darrell Smith of Thousandsticks, KY, two beloved daughters: Adina Osborne Phillips of Thousandsticks, and Sandra Kay Washburn of Thousandsticks, KY, one brother: Cash Woods of Ohio, five sisters: Katherine Jester of Ohio, Linda Wilson of Rockhouse, KY, Betty Ann Hensley of Hazard, KY, Nancy Morgan of Thousandsticks, Ky and Ophie Morgan of Indiana, two grandchildren: Cody Smith & Ashley of Hazard, Ky, Jasmine Phillips of Thousandsticks, KY, four great grandchildren: Hayden, Braylen, Paisley and Peyton.
