Scott Randy Smith

Scott Randy "Chico" Smith passed away at the Hazard ARH Medical Center, Hazard, KY. on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at the age of 60.  He was born at Hoskinston, KY. on December 4, 1956 the son of Truman Smith and Janice Hacker Smith.  By occupation he was a coal truck driver and had been a life-long resident of Leslie County.  Scott enjoyed hunting, fishing, four-wheel riding, antique cars and spending time with his family.  He was preceded in death by his father: Truman; and brother: Toby.He leaves the following relatives surviving:  loving and devoted mother; Janice Hacker Smith of Hoskinston, KY.; son: Scott Smith & wife, Jeanne, of Middlesboro, KY.; daughter, Nina Tiernan & husband, Joe of  Corbin, KY., brothers: David Smith & Linda of Hoskinston, KY., Truman Anthony Smith & Mary of Hoskinston, KY., Donnie Smith of Hoskinston, KY. and Billy Smith & Deena of Hoskinston, KY.; sister: Marietta Smith & James Ray of Stinnett, KY. & 5 grandchildren; Caitlin Tiernan, Jasmine Tiernan, Jameson Tiernan, Maddox Tiernan & Dawson Smith.
