Kathy Renee Collett

Kathy Renee Salyers Collett, of London, Ky. was born on December 21, 1969, in Hyden, KY., the daughter of the late, Raymond Salyers & the late, Leta Woods Salyers. She passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at the UK Medical Center, Lexington, KY. at the age of 47. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially grandchildren, sewing & singing. Kathy attended the Hal's Fork Pentecostal Church, Bob Fork Holiness Church & East London Holiness Church.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, brother n law, Alonzo Kenneth Smallwood (Two Toes), she is survived by a loving & devoted daughter, Kenya Hoskins Allen, London, KY.,  2 grandsons, Keighan Collins & Caiden Sizemore, brothers, Ricky Salyers & Sandra, Big Creek, KY. & Randy Salyers & Carolyn, London, KY., sisters, Sandra Couch & Melvin, Big Creek, KY., Candy Sizemore & David, Ewing, VA. & Keisha Bowling & Jonathan, London, KY., Nephews, Tyrone & Stephanie, Keith & Melinda, Ricky & Laura, Stan & Brittany, Chris Rock, Kyler & Leah (fiance'), Ryan & Miranda & Zeke, nieces, Cassandra & Dean, Stephanie & Shannon, Latesa Ariona, Tinnley & Alexa, great nephews, Kenton, Clayton, Brayden, Jake, Jacob, Carlie & Jy & great nieces, Hannah, Kaelyn, Ciara, Paisley, Tyra, Raya, Torrie & Shaylee. Also a host of step-children, other relatives & friends survive.

Monday, October 2, 2017 @ 2:00 P.M. at the Hal's Fork Pentecostal Church, Bear Branch, KY.
