Evelyn Baker Bridgeford, age 77 of Hamilton, Ohio passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Monday, August 21, 2017. Evelyn was born in Hyden, KY. on December 15, 1939 to the late Beecher & Mildred Campbell Baker. She dedicated her life as the owner & operator of Millville Restaurant for 40 years.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, Beecher & Mildred Campbell Baker, her loving & devoted husband of 39 years, Lon Bridgeford & her siblings, Don, Jerry and Phyllis. She is survived by her children, Tina Zaenkert, E. Renee Schmidt, and Nancy (Marty) Forsythe; her grandchildren, Sarah (Dan), Jason (Stephanie), Derek (Lori), Cody (Shelly), Kaitlyn, and Zane; her great grandchildren, Cameron, Colton, Aubrey, Hailey, Joseph, Emery, Lucas and Alonnie; her "adopted grandson", Harry: her siblings, Marcus, Barbara, Doshia, Lowell and Marvin.
Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Friday, August 25, 2017 at 2:30 P.M. with Pastor Trevor Bridgeford officiating. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 25, 2017 from 1:30 P.M. to 2:30 P.M. at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Hamilton.
