Mabel Carroll

Mabel Phillips Carroll was born on August 4, 1924 at Krypton, KY., the daughter of the late, John & Prudie Collins Phillips, she passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY. at the age of 92. Mabel had been a life-long resident of Perry & Leslie Co. By occupation Mabel was a self-employee care giver & house cleaner. She was a devoted & faithful member of the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ at Smilax, KY. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, quilting, canning & especially spending time with her family.

Mabel was preceded in death by her parents, father of her children, Lincoln Combs, husbands, Fred Maggard & Johnny Carroll,  sons, John Henry Combs, Monroe Combs & Roland Combs, still born son, Lincoln &  daughters, Margaret & Carol Jean Fugate.  She leaves the following relatives surviving, 1 beloved daughter, Izena Melton & husband, Benny, Wooton, KY., 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren & 4 great-great grandchildren. Also a host of other relatives & friends survive.

Saturday, July 22, 2017 @ 1:00 P.M. at the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ, Smilax, KY.
