      Mr. Martin Lewis born June 21, 1952 departed this life on Sunday, May 28, 2017 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center, Hazard, Ky.  He was 64 years old.  Martin was born in Hyden, Ky., the son of the late Jack Lewis & Bessie Kilburn Lewis.  Martin was a life-long resident of Leslie County living mostly in the Cutshin area and was affiliated with the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ, Smilax, Ky.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing & traveling.  Martin was preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Bill Lewis, Lincoln Lewis, Eugene Lewis, Richard Lewis; sisters; Jettie Lewis, Emily Baker & mother-in-law; Thelma Causey.  Mr. Martin Lewis leaves the following relatives surviving, loving and devoted wife; Theta "Katie" Causey Lewis of Hyden, Ky., beloved son; David Lewis & wife, Francis, beloved daughters; Crystal Gail Lewis of Hazard, Ky., Betty C. Napier & husband, Joey Dwayne of Hazard, Ky., Julia Campbell & husband, Marcus of Hazard, Ky., Rebecca Causey of Somerset, Ky., Rachel Causey of Lexington, Ky., brothers; Jerry Lewis & wife, Jackie of Smilax, Ky., Felix Lewis of Smilax, Ky., Ralph Lewis,  sister; Mint Lewis of Hazard, Ky., treasured grandchildren; Shirley Begley, Chris Eversole, Malachi Lewis, Nathan Napier, Gavin Napier, Marcus Riley Campbell, Andrew Eli Hensley, Candace Napier, one treasured, great-grandchild; Kiley Herald &  awaiting the birth of treasured, great-grandson.
