April Howard of Hyden, KY., was born on December 17, 1990, the daughter of the late, Margaret Howard & Gary Lewis. She passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at the Pikeville Medical Center,Pikeville, KY. at the age of 26. April had been a life-long resident of Leslie County. She enjoyed spending time with her dogs, Macy & Elsie, 4-wheeling, camping, fishing & going to the lake.
April was preceded in death by her parents, grandfathers, Earlie Lewis, Clayborn Howard & Gillious Feltner, uncle, Jimmy Ray Johnson & aunts, Joyce Ann Howard & Tammy Lewis & cousin, Shawn Caldwell. She leaves the following relatives surviving, 2 beloved sisters, Amber Huy & Jeremy , Confluence, KY. & Amy Smith & Jamie, Essie, KY., beloved maternal grandmother, Drucilla Howard, Hyden, KY, beloved paternal grandmother, Colleen Feltner, Hyden, KY., fiance', Benjamin Roberts, Stinnett, KY., aunt, Deanna Caldwell, Hyden, KY., uncles, Earl Lewis, Hyden, KY., Joey Lewis & Cindy, Bayfield, CO. & Christopher Asher & Tyrona, Louisville, KY., nieces, Alyssa Smith & Courtney Smith, Essie, KY. & Addisyn Huy, Confluence, KY., nephews, David Huy, Confluence, KY., Aria Robert Leddington & Parker Leddington, cousins, Howard Eugene Johnson, Maranda Portwood, Timmy Caldwell & Reagan, Jimmy Ryan Caldwell & Scotty Howard.
