Beverly Melton

Beverly Gail Melton, age 66, of 7131 HWY 80 East Wooton, KY., passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at the Wells Hospice Care Center, Hazard, KY.  Beverly was born in Beckley, WV., the daughter of the late James Spurgeon and Octa Sizemore.  Beverly was a former nurse aide and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents and the father of her children Ronnie Melton Sr.

Beverly Melton leaves the following relatives surviving:  son: Ronnie Melton Jr. & Peggy of Wooton, KY.; daughters: Linda Colwell of Wooton, KY., Christy & Ricky Asher of Wooton, KY., Rhonda Melton of Hazard, KY. and Emily Stidham & Larry David of Wooton, KY.; brothers: Wayne & Lillian Spurgeon of Avawam, KY and Elishia Spurgeon of Avawam, KY.; sisters: Marcia & Ronnie Moore of Monroe, OH., Judy Moore of Fairfield, OH and Berthie Fields of Avawam, KY.; 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends also survive.
