Lola Marie Collett Lewis age 38, was born on April 1, 1979, departed this life on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at her residence in Stinnett, KY. Lola was born in Hyden, KY, the daughter of Freddy Collett & Judy Gilbert and had been a life long residence of Leslie County. She was associated with the Church Of God faith. Her hobbies included four-wheeling and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Lola was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: Ace & Lola Gilbert; paternal grandmother: Helen Collett; infant son: Patrick Wilson & Granddaughter: Carter Jade Simpson.
Lola Marie Collett Lewis leaves the following relatives surviving her father & step-mother: Freddy & Tammy Muncy Collett of Stinnett, KY mother: Judy Gilbert of Stinnett, KY; special companion: Jon Napier of Stinnett, KY; sons: James Dylan Lewis of Hyden, KY, Johnny Lee Gipson Jr. of North Carolina & Jayden Leeland Samuel Collett of Asher, KY; daughter: Makayla Hope Lewis of Hyden, KY; brother: Freddy Samuel Collett II of Stinnett, KY; sisters: Dena Collett Morgan of Bear Branch, KY, Helana Shauntae Collett of Stinnett, KY, Samatha Shaye Collett of Asher, KY & Kate Hoskins of London, KY. granddaughter: Adelyn Lora Grace Simpson. Also a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends survive.   

Funeral Service will be conducted on Tuesday May 2, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Stinnett Gap Church of God at Stinnett, KY
with Georffery Roberts, Ralph Brown, Robert Dean Bray, & Tim Finely officating. Internment will follow in the Gilbert Cemetery at Stinnett, KY. Visitation will be on Monday May 1, 2017 beginning at 6:00 p.m. for the public at the Stinnett Gap Church of God.
