She was 3 months & 12 days old.  Carter Maggie Jayde was born in Hazard, Ky., the daughter of MaKayla Lewis Simpson & Todd Simpson.  Carter Maggie Jayde was affiliated with the Rockhouse Pentecostal Church.  Carter Maggie Jayde Simpson was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandfather; James Lewis, paternal great-grandmother; Maggie Nolan, uncle; Patrick Wilson, cousin; Haile Collett & great uncle, Brian Scott Lewis.  Carter Maggie Jayde Simpson leaves the following relatives surviving; loving and devoted parents; Todd Simpson & MaKayla Lewis Simpson, beloved sister; Adelyn Grace Simpson maternal grandparents; Jamie Lewis & Becky Lewis, maternal grandmother; Marie Collett, paternal grandparents; Michael Simpson & Martha, Carol Smallwood & Winston, maternal great-grandparents; Geneva Lewis, Judy Gilbert, Freddie Collett, paternal great-grandparents; Molly Simpson & Jimmy, paternal great-grandfather; Sampson Roark; maternal great, great, grandparents; Ralph & Mary Howard, uncles; Shawn Simpson, James Dylan Lewis & maternal great-uncle; Ryan Corey Lewis & a host of aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives and friends.
