Harold Roberts

Harold Roberts of London, KY. (formerly of Hyden, KY.) was born on March 6, 1944, the son of the late, Jasper & Dallie Sizemore Roberts. He passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. at the age of 73. Harold had been a life-long resident of Leslie County with the exception of living in London, KY. for the past 20 years. By occupation he was a retired coal miner. Harold served as a foster parent. He was of the Holiness Faith. He enjoyed hunting, wood-working & gardening.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents, grand-daughter, Cassundra Pennington, brothers & sisters, Carl Roberts, Ed Roberts, Mark Roberts, Brown Roberts, Mary Spears, Betty Jean Hill, Gussie Rohr & Zola Mosley & a special friend, Phyllis Jean France. He leaves the following relatives surviving, son, Jerry Roberts & Teresa, Hyden, KY., daughters, Linda Pennington & Otis, Hyden, KY. & Donna Jones & Kenny, Hyden, KY., mother of his children, Polly Wagner, brothers, George Roberts, Hyden, KY. & Herman Roberts & Sandra, Williamsburg, KY.,  grandchildren, Shannon Roberts, Kelly Roberts & Christopher Pennington. Also a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends survive.
