James Kermit Couch, of Hyden, KY. was born on September 17, 1961 in Hyden, KY., the son of Ella McIntosh Couch & the late, Michael Couch. He passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at his residence at the age of 55. Kermit had been a life-long resident of Leslie County. He enjoyed riding 4-wheelers.

James was preceded in death by, his father & son, Josh Couch. He leaves the following relatives surviving, loving & devoted mother, Ella McIntosh Couch, Hazard, KY., beloved companion, Becki Stacy, Hyden, KY., 2 brothers, Robert McIntosh, Florida & John Couch, Hazard, KY. & 1 grandson, he raised as his own, Patrick Smith. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive.

1:00 p.m. - Wednesday -March 29, 2017 at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Chapel, Hyden, Ky.
