Virginia Lee Smith

Virginia Lee Smith was born on April 25, 1943, in Leslie County, KY., the daughter of the late, Monroe Smith & the late, Ellen Smith. She passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at the Wells Hospice Care Center, Hazard, KY. at the age of 73. Virginia was a life-long resident of Leslie County. She was a member of the Church of God. She enjoyed watching t.v., sewing coloring & painting.

Virginia Lee Smith was preceded in death by her parents, 3 sisters, Ann Roberts, Irene Kertez & Zilphia Mattingly & 1 brother, Robert Smith, Jr.. She leaves the following relatives surviving, 3 brothers, Elisha Smith & Jewell, Barbourville, KY., Barney Smith & Sue, Hyden, KY. & Eddie Dean Smith & Jeanette, Hector, KY., 5 sisters, Ailene Adams, Stinnett, KY., Jean Simpson & Joe, Stinnett, KY., Helen Marie Bailey & David, Roark, KY., Kathleen Osborne & Sheridan, Thousandsticks, KY. & Margaret Hoskins, Keavy, KY., special niece, Teresa Osborne &  host of nieces, nephews other relatives & friends survive.

Saturday, January 28, 2017 @ 2:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.
