Ms. Patricia Feltner of Hyden, KY was born on October 20, 1964 in Hyden, KY. the daughter of Ethel Lewis Feltner and the late Joseph Pearl Feltner. She passed away Saturday October 29, 2016 at the Hazard ARH Regional Medical Center in Hazard, KY at the age of 52. Patricia was a life long resident of Leslie County, she was also a member of the Stinnett Church of Christ at Hoskinston, KY. She enjoyed motorcycle and horseback riding, fishing, hunting, shopping and she especially enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her loving father: Joseph Pearl Feltner; Paternal Grandparents: Nicholas & Flora Feltner; Maternal Grandparents: Charlie & Orphie Lewis; Brother: Randy; Sister: Jewlie.
Patricia leaves the following relatives surviving, her loving Mother: Ethel Lewis Feltner of Hyden, KY; Loving & Devoted Companion of 16 Years: James Adams of Hyden, KY; Two Sons: Eric Stidham of Ohio & Dustin Stidham & Paige of Hyden, KY; Daughter: Amanda Feltner of Pikeville, KY; Special Niece She Raised As Her Own: Chloe Maggard of Hyden, KY; Brother: Harold Feltner & Angie of Wooton, KY; Sister: Beth Madden of Wooton, KY; Grandchildren: Alexis Mullins, Hannah Stidham, Erica Kaley Ann Stidham, Carly Leedy, Bentley Stidham & James Ryan Stidham;. Also a host of other relatives & friends survive.
