Mrs. Marilyn Napier Mills born December 18, 1954 departed this life on Friday, September 30, 2016 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center, Hazard, Ky. She was 61 years old. Marilyn was born at Hyden, Ky., the daughter of the late Herbert Hoover Napier & Lucy Brock Napier. Marilyn was a homemaker & loving mother. She was a member of the Hyden Baptist Church & was a life-long resident of Leslie Co., Marilyn enjoyed gardening, flowers, cooking, sewing, crafts, yard work, & most importantly spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Mrs. Marilyn Mills was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Wanda Smith. Mrs. Marilyn Napier Mills leaves surviving the following relatives; her loving and devoted husband, Glenn Mills, two beloved daughters; Crystal Melton & Rev. Ronnie L. Melton of Wooton, Ky., Cheryl Asher & Jeremy of Hyden, Ky., twin sister; Carolyn Howard and Eugene of Mozelle, Ky, sisters; Patricia Napier of Bledsoe, Ky., Phyllis Collett of London, Ky., four brothers; Ricky Napier and Glady of Helton, Ky., Herbert Napier and Sue of Helton, Ky., Glen Napier & Lesa of Helton, Ky., Harold Gene Napier of Bledsoe, Ky., four treasured grandchildren; Hannah Melton, Dawson Sizemore, Leah Melton, Carter Asher and a host of other relatives and friends.
