Pauline Howard

Mrs. Pauline Howard of Busy, KY., was born on January 6, 1931, at Campbell's Creek, KY., the daughter of the late, George Colwell & the late, Rhoda Collins Colwell. She departed this life on Friday, September 2, 2016 at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY. at the age of 85. Pauline had been a life-long resident of Busy, KY.  She was affliated with the Yerkes Baptist Church. Pauline enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing & reading.

Pauline was preceded in death by her parents, her loving & devoted husband, Jake Howard, Jr. & great-granddaughter, Jessica Deaton. She leaves the following relatives surviving, 6 beloved daughters, Gwen Howard, Richmond, KY., Patsy Lash, Busy, KY., Linda Watkins & Willie, Richmond, KY., Vicki Power & Robbie, North Middletown, KY., Mary Hancock & Frank, VA. & Sally Morris & Burnis, Busy, KY., 4 brothers, Hubert Colwell & Imogene, Indiana, Stokley Colwell & Ann, Indiana, Larry Colwell, Ohio & Lemuel Colwell & Patricia, London, KY. Also  17 treasured grandchildren & a host of treasurd great-grandchildren, great-great, grandchildren other relatives & friends survive.
