| Ms. Sheila Ann Fields born June 2, 1965 departed this life on Tuesday July 19, 2016 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center being 51-years, 1-month, and 17-days old. Sheila was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Verlon Caudill and the late Edna Caudill Asher. Sheila was also preceded in death by her Brother, Johnny Caudill. Sheila worked for the Perry County School System, Postal Service, and part owner in a Flower Shop. Sheila loved the outdoors and flowers, and never met a stranger and was a Godly woman.
Ms. Sheila Ann Caudill leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Special Companion and caregiver, Rick Wells of Leslie County; Father of Children, Johnny Fields of Happy, KY; Two Daughters, Candice Theis & Joshua of Stanton, KY and Cheyenne Fields of Happy, KY; Step-Son, Brandon Wells & Rachel; Five Brothers, Verlon Caudill & Val of George's Branch, Jack Caudill & Susie of George's Branch, Alger Caudill of Lexington, KY, Bill Caudill & Cathy of Vicco, KY and Terry Caudill & Patty of Campton, KY; Three Sisters, Sandy Caudill & Johnny of Jeff, KY, Mary Combs & Greg of Happy, KY and Sharon Roark & Glenn of Frenchburg, KY; Grandchild, Amelia Wells; Special Grand "Dogs", and a host of other relatives and friends survive.
Funeral Services for Sheila Ann Fields will be conducted on Saturday July 23, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. At the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Wells & Kevin Wilson officiating. The Interment will follow in the Blackhawk Cemetery located at Happy, KY. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Friday Evening from 6-9 P.M. The following will serve as Pallbearers: Travis Caudill, Tyler Caudill, Vincent Hall, Glenn Roark, Brandon Wells, Austin Asher, and Dean Hurt, Honorary Pallbearers will be Paul Campbell and Conor Caudill
