Roland Combs

Roland Combs, of Wooton, KY., was born on September 5, 1953, in Hazard, KY., the son of Mabel Phillips Combs & the late, Lincoln Combs. He passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at the Mary Breckinridge-ARH Hospital in Hyden, KY. at the age of 62. Roland had been a life-long resident of Leslie County, by occupation he was a retired electrician for Hazard ARH in Hazard, KY. He was a member of the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ at Smilax, KY. Roland enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, camping & playing guitar. 

Roland was preceded in death by his father, Lincoln Combs, brothers, John Henry Combs & Monroe Combs & sisters, Margaret Combs & Carol Jean Fugate

He leaves the following relatives surviving, loving & devoted mother, Mabel Combs Carroll, Smilax, KY. loving wife, Joyce Wooton Combs, Wooton, KY., beloved son, Anthony Combs & wife, Ashley, Wooton, KY., beloved daughter, Kimberly Padget & husband, Joshua, Springfield, IL., sister, Izena Melton & Benny, Wooton, KY., 4 treasured grandchildren, James Padget, Savannah Padget, Ethan Combs & Annaleigh Combs. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive.

Sunday, July 17, 2016 @ 1:00 P.M. at the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ, Smilax, KY.
