Mrs. Sarah Ellen Brock, 92, born September 30, 1923 departed this life on Sunday, July 3, 2016 at the Laurel Creek Nursing Home, Manchester, Ky.  Sarah Ellen was born at Beverly, KY the daughter of the late Eli Brock and the late Polly Gross Brock. She was a homemaker & retired owner and manager of her family restaurant she operated with her son, Terry, called Terry's Restaurant.  She enjoyed gardening, quilting, reading her bible, and spending time with her family. Sarah was affiliated with the Stinnett Church of Christ and had been a life-long resident of Leslie County. She was preceded in death by her parents: Eli and Polly Brock, two sisters: Mahala Stewart and Fannie Brock, two brothers: Roy Brock and John Brock. Sarah leaves surviving the following relatives: three sons: Tim Brock & Donna of London, KY, William Terry Brock & Hilda of Hoskinston, KY, Donald Brock & Juanita of Brownstown, MI, one sister: Phyllis Woods of Confluence, KY, three grandchildren: Timothy Devan Brock, Timothy Gideon Brock and Thomas Benton Brock, five great grandchildren: Brandon Brock, Dylan Brock, Riley James Brock, Landon Brock and Madison Brock.
