Gomer Nantz was born on July 27, 1922 in Warbranch, KY., the son of the late, Peter Nantz & the late, Mae Saylor Nantz, he passed away on Monday June 27, 2016 at his residence at the age of 93. Gomer had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co,, by occupation he was owner & operator of his family general store & owned a logging business. Gomer was a member of the Warbranch Full Gospel Church, Warbranch, KY. He enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing & gardening.
Gomer was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Opal "Tubby" Nantz, four infant siblings & four brothers, Vic Nantz, Ford Nantz, Ed Nantz & Scott Nantz
He leaves the following relatives surviving, mother of his children, Elizabeth Taylor, London, KY., one beloved son, Benjamin Nantz, Warbranch, KY., two beloved daughters, Bonnie Nantz, Warbranch, KY., & Pamela Ann Nantz, London, KY., two brothers, Lowell Nantz, Warbranch, KY. & Doug Nantz, Warbranch, KY., one sister, Opal Nantz Taylor, Warbranch, KY., 1 very special grandson, Daniel Nantz & wife, Darnell, Hazard, KY., three great-grandchildren, Garrett Nantz, Maddox Nantz & Lillan Claire Nantz, also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive.

Friday, July 1, 2016 @ 2:00 P.M. at the Warbranch Full Gospel Church, Warbranch, KY.
