Mr. Johnny Fouts age 71, passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at his residence.He leaves surviving his loving and devoted wife, Wilma Jean Fouts of Tyner, KY, two sons, Jeff Fouts of Berea, KY, Johnny Wayne Fouts (Chris) of Mascot, TN, three daughters, Gail Gilbert of Cumberland, KY, Kendra Turner (Albert) of Annville, KY, Lettisha Davidson (John) of Berea, KY, three sisters, Evelyn Bowling (Mike) of Tyner, KY, Erma Day of Hyden, KY, Marie Adams of Wooton, KY. Also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild, and a host of other treasured relatives and friends.
