Scott Stidham, passed away on Monday, April 25, 2016 at his residence at Wooton, KY, at the age of 52. Scott was born at Marion, Ohio, on June 8, 1963, the son of the late Bruner Stidham and the late Mary Noble Stidham. Scott was employed by the Leslie County Board of Education as a school bus driver and auto mechanic for the past 25 years. He enjoyed scraping snow off of his neighbors driveways in the winter, also collecting model cars, playing corn-hole, riding motorcycles, and 4-wheelers and watching wrestling. He was commissioned as a Kentucky Colonel and was a member of the Wooton, Presbyterian Church. Scott was a life-long resident of Leslie County. He was preceded in death by his parents: Bruner and Mary, one brother: Victor, one nephew: Steven Wells. He leaves surviving the following relatives: his loving and devoted wife: Sharon Campbell Stidham of Wooton, KY, sons: Eric Stidham of Ohio, Dustin Stidham of Hyden, KY, step-son; Kenneth Ray Asher of Hyden, KY, daughter; Amanda Feltner of Pikeville, KY and step-daughter; Kelly Asher of Wooton, KY, one sister: Sandra Wells and Tommy of Wooton, KY, he is also survived by seven grandchildren and a host of other treasured relatives and friends.
