Goldie Browning

Mrs. Goldie Browning of Hyden, KY. was born on March 13, 1934 at Wooton, KY., the daughter of the late, Hiram & Flaura Hoskins Davidson. She passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY. at the age of, 82. Goldie was a life-long resident of Leslie County. She was a homemaker, a member of the Pentecostal Church & enjoyed gardening, sewing & spending time with her family.

Goldie was preceded in death by her parents, one son, William Browning, four brothers, Lloyd, Earl, John & James Davidson & one sister, Elidee Lloyd

She leaves the following relatives surviving, one beloved daughter, Ruth Browning, Hyden, KY., daughter-in-law, Penny Browning & fiance', Tommy Baker, five brothers, Corman Davidson, Hyden, KY., Seldon Davidson & Martha, Wooton, KY., Manuel Davidson, Wooton, KY.,  A.L. Davidson & Pat, Ohio & Kenneth Davidson, Ohio, two sisters, Edith Joseph, TN. & Janie Cowan & Frankie, Ohio, three grandchildren, Tanya Gayhart & Micah, Earnie Miller, Jr. & William Browning, Jr. & Amanda. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive.

Saturday, April 16, 2016 @ 2:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.
