Martha Ann "Toot" Collins

Mrs. Martha Ann "Toot" Collins of 3512 Bullskin Rd, Bear Branch, KY., was born December 14, 1965 and departed this life at her residence on Friday, March 18, 2016 at the age of 50.  Martha was a life-long resident of Leslie County and enjoyed playing games and watching TV.  She was preceded in death by her parents: Brownlo Collins and Annalee Osborne Collins; brother: Tommy Collins and sister: Betty Ann Collins.

She leaves the following relatives surviving: her companion of 11 1/2 years: Steve Holland of Bear Branch, KY.; son: Danny "Toby" Roberts of Mooresville, IN. sister: Diane Couch of Bear Branch, KY. and 2 grandchildren: Kiane and Tiley.

FUNERAL SERVICE:
1:00 P.M. - Monday - March 21, 2016 at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home at Hyden, KY.

VISITATION:
11:00 AM until the funeral hour at the funeral home - Monday - March 21, 2016
