The Obituary for Mrs. Eunice Garrison

Mrs. Eunice Garrison of Stinnett, KY., widow of the late, Afton Garrison was born on October 24, 1922, she passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY., at the age of 93. She was born at Stinnett, Ky the daughter of the late Sidney Sizemore and the late Sally Morgan Sizemore. By occupation Eunice was a retired school teacher having worked at Stinnett Elementary.  Eunice was a life-long resident of Leslie County with the exception of having lived in Alaska and Ohio for short stints. She was a member of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church at Essie, KY. Eunice enjoyed crocheting, quilting, gardening, baking, fishing and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents: Sidney and Sally Sizemore, loving and devoted husband:  Elihu Afton Garrison, one son: Neville Garrison, one daughter-in-law: Marie Garrison, three grandchildren: Bobby Garrison, Neville Shane Garrison & Randa Nicole Garrison. She leaves surviving the following relatives: four sons: John Garrison of Stinnett, Ky, Neal Garrison & Vicki of Essie, KY, Lynn Garrison & Maryellen of Emmanence, KY, and Conrad Garrison & Lorene of Howell, MI, seven grandchildren: Tina Roark, Sandra K. Ailing, Gary Garrison, Jonathan Garrison, Joan Shannon Garrison, Stephen Dwayne Garrison and Chase Garrison, nine great grandchildren:  Dillon Roark, Connor Roark, Jessica Smith, Andrea Ailing, Tyler Ailing, Tommy Garrison, Keylee Garrison, Brenna Garrison and Rhanda Mckinney.
