The obituary of Mrs. Kathleen Hoskins Roberts
Mrs. Kathleen Hoskins Roberts 77, of Stinnett, Ky., departed this life on Sunday, February 7, 2016 at the Hyden Health & Rehab Center, Hyden, Ky. Kathleen was born at Stinnett, KY. on November 29, 1938, the daughter of the late, Ruble Hoskins & Calva Hoskins Roberts. She was a life-long resident of Leslie County, by occupaton she was a former teacher's aide for the Stinnett Elementary School Kathleen was a faithful member of the Stinnett Gap Church of God, Stinnett, KY. where she was a dedicated choir director, Sunday School teacher & she also directed most of the Church Plays. She enjoyed spending time with her family, quilting, cooking & flower gardening.
Kathleen was preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband, Donald Ray Roberts & one beloved son, Tony
She leaves the following relatives surviving, one son, Randy Roberts & Bessie, Stinnett, KY., one daughter, Sandra Morgan & James, Hanson, KY., three brothers, Kenneth Hoskins & Pat, Ohio, Doyle Roberts & Martha, Stinnett, KY. & Dwayne Roberts & Judy, Jabez, KY.,one half-brother, Dan Hoskins, Stinnett, KY., two sisters, Gewandene Collett, Stinnett, KY. & Wilma Hoskins, Stinnett, KY., one half-sister, Margie Hoskins Abel, four grandchildren, Cyndi Morgan-Schwagel & Mike, Amanda Osborne & Greg, Randy Dwayne Roberts & Nikki & Dusty Morgan, 5 great-grandchildren, Taylor Paige, Katie, Tessa, Colin & Aden, also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive.
