Susan Hensley born April 14, 1952 departed this life on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at the Wells Hospice Care Center, Hazard, KY. She was 63 years old.  Susan was born at Hyden, Ky., the daughter of the late Ruben and Mary Jane Campbell. Susan was affiliated with the McIntosh Church of God, Wooton, Ky.    Susan was a homemaker & loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed collecting glassware and especially spending time with her children and grandchildren. Susan was a life-long resident Leslie and Perry Co., Ky. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers; Eugene, Doug ,Eli Campbell, and her beloved son, Tommy W. Hensley.  Mrs. Susan Hensley leaves the following relatives surviving; her loving and devoted husband; Ronnie Sandlin of Hyden, Ky.,  four beloved daughters; Charolotte Hensley of Hazard, Ky.,  Jennifer Hensley of Georgia,  Pamela Hensley of Wooton, Ky., Sharon Hensley of Lousiville, Ky.,  two sisters; Hazel Colwell &  Lizzy Bowling of Big Creek, Ky.,  four brothers; Curt Campbell of Hazard, Ky., Pres Campbell of Hazard, Ky. Willie Campbell of Wooton, Ky.,  & Wurley Campbell of Perry Co., Ky. and a host of treasured grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

 2:00 P.M. - Tuesday - January 26, 2016 at the McIntosh Church of God, Wooton, Ky
