Phyllis Stidham Lewis

Mrs. Phyllis Ann Stidham Lewis born January 11, 1953 departed this life on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at the St. Joseph Hospital, London, Ky.  She was 62 years old.  Phyllis was born in Perry Co., Kentucky, the daughter of the late Manuel Stidham & Nancy Asher Stidham.  Phyllis was a homemaker & devoted member of the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ, Smilax, Ky.  Phyllis spent her formative years and was a resident of Leslie Co. for most of her life.  She had been a resident of London, Ky., for the past 9 years.  She enjoyed quilting, catering, canning, sewing & spending time with her family.  Phyllis received a great deal of pleasure and satisfaction cooking for her entire family.  Mrs. Phyllis Ann Stidham Lewis was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters; Charlotte Bowling, Reitha Maggard & her father and mother-in-law. Bige & Katie Lewis.   Mrs. Phyllis Ann Stidham Lewis leaves the following relatives surviving; her loving and devoted husband; Paul Lewis, one beloved son; Everett Lewis and wife, Vicki, of Smilax, Ky., one beloved daughter; Tammy Maggard of London, Ky., three brothers; Zenith Stidham & wife Jenny, of Tennessee, Levi Stidham & wife, Lamora of Wooton, Ky., David Stidham & wife, Shelby of Wooton, Ky., two treasured grandchildren; Eithan Cody Lewis, Christopher Paul Sewell Maggard along with a host of other relatives and friends.
