Thelma was a life-long resident of Leslie Co., She was of the Holiness Faith & enjoyed spending time with family & traveling to Gatlinburg, TN. Thelma was preceded in death by her parents, she leaves the following relatives surviving, her loving & devoted husband, Jimmy Felix Causey, Wooton, KY., son, Jimmy Paul Causey, Jr., Wooton, Ky., daughters, Theda Katie Lewis & Martin, Hyden, KY., Marsha Melton & Bobby, Combs, Ky. & Sandra Kaye Wells & Bobby, Somerset, Ky., brothers, Harold Belt, Oklahoma, Kenneth Belt, Hazard, KY., James Donnie Belt, Hyden, KY. & Larry Belt, Hyden, KY., sisters, Lisa Belt, Hyden, KY. & Shirley Williams, Hazard, KY., very special niece Melissa Ann Causey Jones of Stinnett, grandchildren, Andy Wells & Allie, Kenneth Cody Wells, Julie Campbell & Mark, Rebecca Thelma Sandra Causey & Andy & Rachel Causey & Ben, great-grandchildren, Riley Marcus, Willie & Eli Andrew, step-grandchildren, Josh, Brian, Crystal, Betty Sue & David, also a host of other relatives & friends survive.
