She was formerly of Leslie County and had lived in Richmond, KY for the past 5 years. Donna was born June 11, 1949 in Hamilton, OH the daughter of the late Harold Feltner and the late Etta Mae Cress Feltner. Donna was a member of the Upper Grassy Branch Pentecostal Church at Essie, KY. She enjoyed going to church and spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Fred and Etta Mae Collett and Harold Feltner. Sister: Maxine Lewis, Brother: Roland Feltner, sons: Anthony Wayne & Eddie Morgan, Granddaughter: Waynna Napier. Survivors include beloved daughter; Renee Morgan Tate & Tim of Richmond, KY, & a beloved son, Joseph Morgan of Richmond, KY., two brothers: Dennis Feltner & Joan of Essie, KY, Randy Collett & Tina of Stinnett, KY, two sisters: Barbara Doan & Ron of Paintlick, KY, Mildred Johnson & David of Seymour, IN, eight grandchildren: Andy Morgan, Whitney Morgan, Courtney Napier, Ethan Morgan, Haley Tate, Brittaney Morgan, Toni Tate, Tedi Tate, three great grandchildren: Mallory, Macy and V-Andre and one uncle: Herbert Cress. Donna is also survived by a host of other treasured relatives and friends.
