He passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2015 at the Saint Joseph Hospital in London, KY. at the age of 53. Dorphas had been a resident of London, KY., for the past 5 years prior & was a former resident of Leslie Co. Dorphas was owner & a operator for Howard & Son Trucking. Dorphas was a member of the Hyden Church of God in Hyden, KY. He was an avid fisherman,enjoyed being on the lake, UK basketball, nascar & sports.
