The Obituary for Lois Asher Lois Asher of Roark, KY., was born on November 11, 1928 in Leslie Co., KY., the daughter of the late, Rufus Brummett & Amanda Lyttle Brummett, she passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2015 at the age of 86. Lois was a life-long resident of Roark, KY. she was a loving homemaker, she especially enjoyed spending time with her family, watching western movies, playing guitar & singing & flower gardening. She was a member of the Red Bird Volunteer Fire & Rescue and a member of the Riverside Baptist Church at Beverly, KY. Lois was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Kelly Asher, one son, Hobert Asher, two grandsons, Hobert Ray Asher and Dennis Asher & one son-in-law, Dennis James Bradford She leaves the following relatives surviving, two sons, Bentley Asher, Warbranch, KY. & Cleveland Asher, Manchester, Ky., two daughters, Lorrine Shepherd, Warbranch, KY. & Ruth Ann Bradford, Roark, KY., two sisters, Della Mae Collett, Indiana & Mary Rose Patton, Ohio, a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren & great-great grandchildren. Also a host of other relatives & friends survive. FUNERAL: Thursday, October 1, 2015 @ 2:00 P.M. at the Kelly Rock Church, Warbranch, KY. MINISTERS: Jimmy Ward & Herman Asher INTERMENT: Asher Orchard Hollow Cemetery, Warbranch, KY.
