Edna Smallwood, age 82, passed away Saturday, September 19, 2015 at Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY. Edna was born June 12, 1933 in Hyden, KY to late Estill and Hannah Coots. She was homemaker, and a member of the Queen of all Saints Catholic Church in Booneville, KY. She is survived by 2 daughters; Margaret Smith and Clara Marcum both of Vincent, KY, 1 son; Daniel Combs of Vincent, 1 sister; Lula Faye Lewis of Hyden, KY, 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and many other loving family members and friends. Along with her parents, Edna was preceded in death by her husband; Steve Smallwood, 3 brothers and 1 sister. No funeral services have been scheduled at this time.
