He passed away on Monday September 14, 2015 at the Hazard ARH Hospital at the age of 53. Charles had been a resident of Leslie Co. for the past 28 years. Charles was of the Protestant Faith. Charles was preceded in death by, one brother, Johnny Baker & three children, Bobby R. Coots, Wilma Coots & Teresa Deaton He leaves the following relatives surviving, his beloved mother, Carrie Griffith, Hazard, KY., loving & devoted wife, Helen Lewis Hensley, Wooton, KY., two daughters, Marlene Miller & Hargis of Hazard, KY. & Anna Sue Coots, Wooton, KY., two brothers, Roy Hensley, Hazard, KY. & Sam Spencer, Hazard, KY., one sister, Patricia Hensley, Hazard, KY.
