David was born at Beverly, Ky., the son of the late Sam & Betty Saylor Caldwell. David had a very successful career in the coal business & was a retired coal truck owner. Mr. David Caldwell was preceded in death by his parents; Sam & Betty Saylor Caldwell, three brothers; Zack Caldwell, Richard Caldwell, Robert Caldwell, three sisters; Mary Helton, Ida Caldwell, Eva Dean Maggard, grand-daughter; Terena Jay Caldwell, and one great grand-daughter, Tia Faye Collett. Mr. David Caldwell leaves the following relatives surviving; his loving and devoted wife, Doris Turner Caldwell, two beloved sons; Michael Caldwell of London, Ky., Stevie Caldwell of Richmond, Ky., two beloved daughters; Rita Baker & husband, Vincent of London, Ky., Lavonna Caldwell of Hyden, Ky., two brothers; John Dee Caldwell and wife, Mary of Flat Lick, Ky.,Gareth R. Caldwell & wife, Chaney of Burkesville, Ky. four sisters;Cordelia Short of Stoney Fork, Ky., Lena Mae Short of Helton, Ky., Bernice Caldwell, Stinnett, KY., Betty Jean Masters & husband, Rev.
