The Obituary of Mrs. Mildred Ann Lewis Mrs. Mildred Ann Lewis born July 20, 1938 departed this life on Friday, September 4, 2015 at the Hillcrest Health & Rehabilitation, Corbin, Ky. She was 77 years old. Mildred was born at Cutshin, Ky. the daughter of the late Hanna Baker & Melda Cornett Baker. Mildred had a associate degree in business administration & served as the Postmistress of the Cutshin, Ky. post office. She was an avid animal lover & had been a resident of Corbin, Ky., for the past 11 years. Mrs. Mildred Ann Lewis was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Sammy Lewis, & brother; Hanna Baker, Jr. Mrs. Mildred Ann Baker Lewis leaves the following relatives surviving: two sons; Sammy Lewis, Jr. & Nicole of Cutshin, Ky., Willard Timothy Lewis of Cutshin, Ky., one daughter; Amy Lewis of Berea, Ky., one brother; Charles Wilson Baker & Melissa of Cutshin, Ky., one sister; Bonnie Jean Day & Elmer of East Bernstadt, Ky., six grandchildren; Brandon Hensley, Samantha Joseph, Samuel Joseph, Darlene Maggard, Angela Keelah Shae Lewis, Dewey Joshua Lewis , great-grandchildren; Lannna Hensley, Olivia Lewis, Nova Joseph,Dalton Shepherd,Isobelle Maggard, Jonathan Maggard and a host of other treasured relatives and friends.
