James was a life-long resident of Leslie Co. By occupation he was a former coal miner for Whitaker Coal Co. James was affliated with the Church of Christ & he enjoyed fishing, hunting & 4-wheeling. James was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, Jim & Minnie Lewis & Farmer & Minnie Baker He leaves the following relatives surviving: brother, Rodney Baker, Wooton, KY., sister, Tammy Jacobs & Tim, Fisty, Ky., nieces & nephews, Brooke Jacobs, Alyssa Baker & Cody Baker & a host of other relatives & friends survive.
