The Obituary for Mrs. Shelby Jean Baker Officiating Minister Jerry Lewis Shelby Jean Baker of Yeaddiss, Ky., was born on June 13, 1939 in Chickamauga, Georgia, the daughter of the late, William Aldridge & the late Lillian Irene Hickman. She passed away on Monday, May 11, 2015 at the age of 75. Shelby Jean had been a resident of Yeaddiss, Ky. since 1956. Shelby Jean was a member of the Persimmon Fork Church of God at Yeaddiss, KY. She cherished her time with her family, enjoyed reading & flower gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents, loving & devoted husband of 56 years, Earnest Baker, sister, Louise Yother & brothers, Ralph, Horace & James Aldridge She leaves the following relatives surviving, 2 sons, Earnest Leonard Baker & Patricia, Yeaddiss, KY. & Gary Doyle Baker & Shirley, Yeaddiss, KY., 1 daughter, Sandra Carolyn Gross & Donnie, Yeaddiss, KY., brother, Paul Aldridge & Betty, Indiana & sister, Vicki Hendrix & Henry Jr., Lancaster, KY., 5 grandchildren, Gary Dwight Baker, Pamela Shepherd, Shane Gross, Christopher Gross & Brian Baker, 11 great-grandchildren & a host of other relatives & friends.
