He was a life-long resident of Leslie Co., residing at Smilax, Ky. at the time of his death. Mr. Gerald Phillip Wegford II was preceded in death by one brother; Ricky Charles Wegford, Maternal grandparents; Woodrow & Cleda Vernon & step-brother; Timmy Mills. Mr. Gerald Phillip Wegford II leaves the following relatives surviving; biological father; Gerald Phillip Wegford of Cincinnati, Ohio, beloved mother & father; Betty Vernon Lewis & John L. Lewis of Smilax, Ky., two daughters; Loryn Paige Wegford of Smilax, Ky., Whitney Michelle Mize of Smilax, Ky., one son; Shawn Michael Mize of Smilax, Ky., five brothers; David Wegford of Cincinnati, Ohio, James Lewis of Hyden, Ky., Johnny Lewis of Wooton, Ky., Jody Lewis of Mozelle, Ky., James Mills of Cincinnati, Ohio, one sister; Diane Lewis of Wooton, Ky., father & mother-in-law; Linda Lewis & Jerry Joseph, and a host of other treasured relatives and friends.
