He passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center, Hazard, KY. at the age of 89. Will was a life-long resident of Leslie Co., by occupation he was a retired coal miner. Will was affliated with the Curry Branch Holiness Church at Manchester, KY. Will was preceded in death by his parents, his loving & devoted wife, Lovas Baker Stacy, brother, Ben Stacy & step-mother, Cassie Stacy He leaves the following relatives surviving, daughters, Carol Sue Riley & Cleveland, Busy, Ky., Alta Couch, Hazard, KY., Nancy Ruth Combs & Manuel, Hazard, Ky. & Shirley Ann Napier & Hamlin, Hyden, KY., sons, Samuel Henry Stacy & Sue, Lexington, KY., Eddie Wayne Stacy & Bonnie, Knifely, Ky. & Jackie Wayne Stacy & Sabrina, Hyden, KY., a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives & friends also survive.
