Billy Joe Lewis Teresa Coots Deaton was born on March 26, 1962 in Hazard, KY., the daughter of Helen Lewis Coots Hensley & the late Melvin Coots. She departed this life on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Ky., at the age of 53. Teresa was a resident of Wooton, Ky., a life-long resident of Leslie Co. & was affilated with the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ at Smilax, KY. Teresa was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Coots, sister, Wilma Coots & brother, Bobby Coots. She leaves the following relatives surviving, loving and devoted mother, Mrs. Helen Hensley & step-father, Charles of Wooton, KY., sisters, Marlene Miller & Hargis, of Hazard, KY. & Anna Sue Coots of Smilax, KY., aunts, Alpha Simpson & Susie Carmack, uncle, Paul Lewis, niece, April Marie Everman, nephews, Michael Ray Coots & Felix Dale Causey & a host of other relatives & friends also survive.
