She passed away on Monday, April 6, 2015 at her residence at the age of 44. Rhonda had been a resident of Lily for the past 6 months coming from Georgetown, Ky. & also Illinois. By occupation Rhonda was an Attorney-At-Law having graduated from Northern Illinois University & Chase Law School. She had worked in Private Practices & Legal Aid of the Bluegrass. Rhonda was of the Catholic Faith & enjoyed crocheting, mountain climbing & fishing. Rhonda Melton Cooper was preceded in death by her Paternal Grandparents, Marcus & Mae Melton & Maternal Grandfather, Graydon Lyons She leaves the following relatives surviving, her loving & devoted parents, Ronald & Lena Melton, Lily, KY., her husband, Jack Cooper, Georgetown, KY., 2 sons, Kyle Stanger & Justin Stanger both of Georgetown, KY., 4 brothers, Robert Melton, East Bernstadt, KY., Brian Melton & Harmony, Fox Lake, Illinois, Terry Melton & Linda, Fox Lake, Illinois & Jeffery Melton & Nicole, Lily, KY., 1 sister, Kristie Dymon & Emil, London, KY., 2 half-brothers, Ronald Melton, Jr. & William Melton, 1 half-sister, Stephanie Melton, grandson, Christopher Coleman Stanger, also a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives & friends survive.
