The obituary of Mr. Robert Paul Kilburn Officiating Minister: Russell Baker Mr. Robert Paul Kilburn of 203 Second Fork, Wooton, Ky., was born January 27, 1942 in Harvey, Kentucky the son of the late, Jim Kilburn & the late Frances Jones Kilburn. He departed this life on Saturday, February 07, 2015 at the Mary Breckinridge ARH Hospital, Hyden, Ky., at the age of 73 years & 11 days. Robert Paul was a life-long resident of Leslie Co., by occupation he was a retired coal miner. He was affliated with the Church of Christ. Robert Paul enjoyed spending time with his family, his two dogs, Riley & Pudge, playing guitars & repairing guitars, gardening, small engine repair & attending the flea-market and visiting with his buddies. Mr. Robert Paul Kilburn was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers; Charlie Kilburn & Don Kilburn & father-in-law & mother-in-law; Kelly Shepherd & Oma Baker Shepherd. He leaves the following relatives surviving:his loving and devoted wife, Irene Shepherd Kilburn, Wooton, KY., one son: Gregory Kilburn, Wooton, KY., five sisters: Ruth Ann Cornett, Ohio, Lucille Eldridge, Ohio, Patricia Smith, Ohio, Shirley Kitner & Jerry, Oklahoma & Peggy Clark, London, KY. Also a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends survive. Additional DVD's are available upon request.
