The obituary of Mr. Stanley "Butter" Rice Officiating Ministers: Jerry Rice, Kevin Napier & Jerry Holland Mr. Stanley "Butter" Rice, of West Carrollton, Ohio formerly of Leslie Co., was born on December 27, 1950 in Hyden, Ky., the son of Noel Osborne Rice & the late Ira Rice, he departed this life on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at the Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital - Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio at the age of 64 years & 28 days. Stanley had been a resident of Ohio for the past 45 years. By occupation he was a self-employed truck driver. He was affliated with the Pentecostal Church. He enjoyed ATV riding. Stanley was preceded in death by his father, Ira Rice & nephew, Bobby Wayne Rice He leaves the following relatives surviving, mother, Noel Osborne Rice, Sizerock, KY., brothers, Bobby Rice, Dayton, Ohio, Roy Rice & Nancy, Sizerock, KY. & James Rice & Connie, Van Cleve, KY., sisters, Pat Lewis, Hazard, KY. & Betty Harris & Benny, Bear Branch, KY., nephews, Benny Harris, Allen Rice, Jerry Rice, Andrew Elam & Timothy Elam & neices, Jamie Rice, Katie Rice & Lisa Vega. Also a host of other relatives & friends survive. FUNERAL: Wednesday, January 28, 2015 @ 1:00 P.M. at the Sizerock Baptist Church, Sizerock, KY.
