The Obituary for Penelope Ann Howard Haywood Officiating Minister: William "Hubby" Bowling Penelope Ann Howard Haywood, 48, passed away January 18, 2015 in Charleston, WV. She was the former Penelope Ann Howard of Crothersville, IN. Penny was the daughter of the late Dorothy Sizemore Howard and Lawrence Howard. She was born in Seymour, IN on September 14, 1966. Penelope worked for the Commonwealth of Kentucky for a number of years assisting those in need with their food stamp applications. She loved people and always had a smile and a kind word for everyone. Penelope is survived by her husband, Gregory Haywood, sisters, Norma Vance, Lola Wilson, Shirley Burkhart, Phyllis Dixon, Gayle Welch, Reva Dixon, Bonnie Franklin, and Connie Ridgeway; and brothers, Reed Howard, James W. Howard, Leslie Howard, Lawrence Howard Jr., Robert R. Osborne and Onzie Luther Osborne and also a host of other relatives and friends, especially Dave Tucker and his family. Preceding Penelope in death was a brother L.O. Howard and sisters Elsie Joy Day, Teresa Darlene Osborne, and Olie Howard and Goldie Howard who passed away at birth.
